Informal consultation

We held an informal community consultation from 3 December 2025  to 23 January 2026. We shared more information about our early stage plans and surveys and held community drop-in events. Although this period of consultation is now closed, the information we shared remains available and can be accessed below.

In summer 2026, we will undertake a statutory pre-application consultation where we will present our full draft planning application providing members of the public and statutory consultees the chance to give feedback.
